100DC - Day 1

100DC - Day 1

Today is my first day on the 100 day diet challenge, If you would like to read my previous post on explaining what this is click HERE.


Todays meals - Breakfast - 1 cup or granola
Lunch - garlic and herb chicken and veg
Snacks - 3 almond rounds and 6 Jaffa cakes (naughty Lucy!)
Dinner - Chicken pesto pasta

Working in an office for 8 hours a day, I find it hard to get a decent work out in. Any chance I get to get out of the office and run errands, I do it. Today I walked 3 miles, to and from work and then walking the dog when I got home. Now im going to do 50 squats and 20 sit ups. Im building up my workout as I've not worked out in a long time!.

I would love to know if any of you are doing this challenge along side me or even if your already doing it let me know how you are doing!.

100 Day Diet Challenge!

100 Day Diet Challenge
 
 
So today my friend asked me why I don't diet anymore, and my answer was both shameful and inexcusable. My answer was, because I couldn't be bothered. When I heard the words come out of my mouth I felt like I have let myself down, I had no excuse for not keeping up with my diet and exercise, except laziness.
 
I recently read an article on the daily mail, all about the 100 day challenge. This challenge can be interpreted as you please. Its entirely up to you what your goal is at the end of the 100 days, from dieting to happiness or even confidence. 
 
The goal I've chosen is weight loss.
I am currently 18.8 stone and my goal is 13 to 15 stone
 
To some people that might be wishful thinking but to me its my goal. Everyday for the next 100 days I will be uploading my progress of what I've done through the day and what I think I have achieved in the day and how my mood has been ext.
 
so here is to the next 100 days of this journey and I hope you join me on it and maybe join in yourself!.
