RECREATION OF PIXIWOOS RECREATION!

So i don't normally do recreations of of recreation looks as i like to come up with my own looks but this one i couldn't keep away from!. 

The Pixiwoo channel is just amazing, they so so much stuff that beauty related and i love it!. They do party makeup, Halloween makeup, basics and celebrity makeup from A to Z

The look i have recreated is the Rihanna M.A.C Makeup tutorial from Pixiwoo. I don't really thing ive captured it to the fullest potential i could of but im still writing this post because i just loooove this look !!

The makeup they've yous'd is MAC makeup but as i don't earn alot of money im not really the person that can afford MAC products.

I do realise that mine and nics base colours are completely different. I really enjoyed creating this look, obviously nics is (alot) better than mine and im in no way trying to out do her because that wouldn't happen in a million years!.

PRODUCT REVIEW | AVON

So as you may or may not know i am an avon representative, and have been for nearly 6 months. Every time im on a new campaign i always order myself something nice and new (you can never have too much avon stuff).

This was the new introduction to the eye shadow quads and this is the one i purchased in emerald cult. 

 I love this quad and everything about it !!

The pigment is just fabulous for something that cost me a mere £5 i think that's a BARGAIN !!

I got alot of compliments when i wore this to my friends baby shower and alot of my friends are now ordering from avon as they just love the products and i must say i do brag about avon ALOT!! 

If you have an avon rep near you, just take a look in the book and try something new!, you may be surprised by the results !!

Favorite Winter Look

Favorite Winter Look

In winter i tend to lean towards the more festive colours for my makeup. I was complimented so many times last week whilst wearing this look so i thought id share it with you guys, as im in love with this look!.

Bare in mind these photos were taken when i had returned home from a day of outings 

I think the reason why i love this look so much is because of the subtle eyes and bold matte lips.

 My foundation is rimmel and my eyebrows are avon perfect eyebrow kit.

On my eyes i lined them with avon blackest black glimmer stick and blended it around the edges.

For mascara i used Avon super extend in black and on my lips i have sleek matte me lipgloss in Rioja Red and i am in love !!

The best thing about this lipgloss is that is does not move AT ALL and for a mere £4.99, i think that is amazing! i can eat and drink and touch my lips and i get no transfer what so ever. It is so pigmented and at such a small price!

This for me is a defo christmas daytime makeup and i hope you all try it out as well

My friend rachel has had her second little bundle of joy this week, his name is callum. He is so cute and cuddly. 

I thought what would be a nice little gift is a box full of goodies, full of things that they need and want. I used an old avon box and covered it in blue tissue paper. When she told me she was pregnant again i started getting little bits and bobs to add to this box when i had some spare money each week and month. 

These are the contents i came up with.

First of all if you dont know what or who sprinkleofglitter is then SHAME ON YOU !!

secondly to see the idea that i stole then click here and may i just say her little cherub is the cutest mini human i have ever witnessed!

 now on with the post !

I love the idea of anything home made and personal, so when it came to this idea i fell in love!. I was going to go with the idea of 'MUM' but i changed my mind and went for 'I LOVE YOU MUM'.

I sat in my bathroom on a stool (thats my only room with white walls) and held a piece of white card in all different ways, uploaded them to my laptop, chose my favorite ones and them edited the words onto the card.

These are the pictures i have chosen to use

The size of each photo is 4 x 6 (normal picture size)

I didnt think trying to find a white photo frame that fits 4 separate photos in would be so hard!, but after multiple shop searches i found one in my local pound stretchers. It cost a mere £4.99 and the 4 picture print outs cost £1.40 from Asda.

This is what my finished result looks like!

i can only apologise for my poor photography skills on these photos (its shocking but i honestly couldn't be bothered moving my big bum to a cute location to photograph it)

I know when my mum opens this present she will just turn to goo and go all cooey, not going to lie she will probably start crying (she is an emotional woman ok!).

If this present give my mum a smile i will be over the moon and it will fill my heart with warmth, shes my mum and my best friend wrapped into one and i love it!

CHRISTMAS BUYS

So at the weekend i went to see my best friend who is attending university in Manchester. I had a much needed break and i loved every second of it.

When i got there (which was quite late i must add). We went for a meal at pizza express and then went and tried our luck at the shops in town (which obviously were not open). On the second we did the obvious thing which is Manchester, i don't normally buy myself much out of my own money but this time i treated myself.

To start the day we had a really nice brunch at a cafe next to the student halls called cheeky. I had a chicken salad with a bottle of water and a large latte (which tasted amazing) and lileth had a baguette and an ice tea and a large latte too!!

 These are from primark, they go amazing with a top ive recently bought which will look nice with a black pencil skirt and these dollys and at a bargin prics of £5 cant go wrong really (eeks with excitement)

This little last minute gem was from boots. I dont own any sleek products at all, so buying my first one made me very excited. ive heard so many places bringing out matte lipsticks and lipglosses. I am one for trying new things so i picked one up on my favorite lip colour (red) for a mere £4.99

The one thing i wanted to purchase im Manchester was the Clinique take the day off cleansing balm. My luck being my luck none of North West have got it so i had a look around and was looking for a good 15 minutes and this is the one i chose. The scent of it is just amazing and ive fallen in love with this cleanser already and i think every one should have it in there skin care routine !

This is just a Mr Grumpy mug for my dad for Christmas 

 This is a 25th addition of Matilda for my sister for Christmas ! shes going to love it !

So as the first post was more of a softer based makeup look, i thought id do a more going out at Christmas look. 

This is what i came up with !!

I was originally going to go for a berry lip but at the last minute i changed my mind. I absolutely love this look and i wear it when ever i get the chance, I was always told it looked very festive so it thought this look suited.

To achieved this look by using

Concealer - Collection 2000 shade medium 3

Shader - SBC shader

This post is the first part of a 2 part post. This post is the low key Christmas makeup and tomorrows post will be the 2 part which will be a full on Christmas look! all festivity and all!

I love doing mine and other peoples makeup, especially near Christmas as you can use more festive colours. I like to take my time doing my makeup and what the one thing that makes me most confident and more myself. 

This Christmas look is quite subtle and is great for shopping or days out near the festive season. 

To achieve this look i used 

Concealer - Collection 2000 shade medium 3

Shader - SBC shader 

Foundation - Rimmel match perfection shade classic beige 201 

Eyebrow kit - Avon perfect eyebrow kit shade soft brown

Eye primer - MUA Pro base eye primer

Eye shadow - MUA glitter ball shade dark brown and gold

Mascara - 1st i put on Maybelline Rocket Volume Express

and then i put on Avon Super Extend

Eyeliner - On my lash line i put Avon Glimmer stick in blackest black

On my water line i put Avon black pencil play eye liner

Lipstick - Avon Pink Pop

For Eye Shadow i used SBC contour and eye shadow brush

and for eyebrows i used claires eyebrow brush

PRE CHRISTMAS GIFTS

Pre Christmas Gifts

Recently I planned a trip to Manchester to see my best friend Lileth. She is attending university there and because of that i don't see her very often. Last yeah i vlogged the whole weekend and really enjoyed doing so, but me having my brain case i accidentally deleted all of the footage that i got, I go so annoyed with myself its untrue.

This year im so excited because my mum has given me my main Christmas present early. 

The present is a Canon PowerShot SX5000 IS

I may be in love with this camera. I've always been a lover of Canons so the fact i now own one really fills me with joy!. Now i have this camera, it has encouraged me to do more videos as i feel they wont be bad quality.

The quality the camera produces as it is such a small camera is amazing!. I took it with me when i sent to see five and the video and picture quality is just amazeballs!.

I was originally thinking of doing vlogmas but as my life isnt actually that interesting i scrapped that idea.

WINTER WARMERS FAIL!

Winter Warmer Fail

So in my last blog post i put winter warmers as my next day post, but my brain case being my brain case forgot to write it and schedule it in. I have written it its just saved as a draft and not as published. 

Im determined to make blogging more of a priority as its a thing that you need to be chilled to do. The past few months have been a little up and down and ive been in need of a little distressing.

So im going to sit here and write the next weeks worth of posts and then set an alert on my phone and calender so i remember next week to write another weeks worth.

Looking forward to Christmas come very early to me!.

So i thought id do the predictable thing and do a sort of Christmas tag. 

Il just get right to it.......

Q1. favorite winter nail varnish?

A. I'm loving Avons red wine and twilight blue, i just add a little bit of glittle to the ring finger and it looks all festive!

Q2. favorite winter lip products?

A. near winter i lean towards the more berry reds and darker colors, i love the new moisture renew Mayfair red lady by Rimmel or MUAs bring it lip boom

Q3. Most worn winter clothing?.

A. would probably be my bright red trench coat i got for winter a few years ago from Asda.

Q4. favorite winter scented candle?.

   A. ive done a whole blog post about my favorite candles for near Christmas, click here to read.

Q5. favorite winter beverage?.

A. the one thing i love near Christmas is a nice cup of mint tea but this year my new obsession is the Costa hot spiced apple, its amazing !

Q6. all time favorite Christmas movie?.

A. im gonna have to be boring and say the grinch (starts singing farwhodoris larwhoris!!)

Q7. favorite Christmas song?.

A. i love the song fairy tale of newyork it makes me all fuzzy inside.

Q8. favorite Christmas treat?.

A. i love cheese. For some reason nearer Christmas there's always a wider variety of cheeses. I love trying a different one each year.

Q9. favorite Christmas decoration?.

  A. I love anything that have fluff and glitter on, im a sucker for a bit of fluff n glitter.

Q10. what is on top of your Christmas list?.

A. seen as ive already got my canon camera (squeals with excitement) id have to say makeup as im running dangerously low!.

Q11. Christmas day rituals?. 

A. what me and my family do every year is wake up at about 10 a.m go down stairs and open the presents, then have a bacon butty and then wait for dinner to cook and that's about it.

FESTIVE CANDLES !

Festive Candles

Christmas! Christmas! Christmas! well now ive got that off of my chest, i can begin!

Nearer Christmas the shops stock up of everything christmassy possible. Candles are possibly one of my favorite things to buy all year round as i light my candles every night with out fail. As soon as stores start stocking there festive smells so do i because im the weirdo that like to smell them all year round, so every shopping trip i will get a few.

These 3 candles smell so good. They were from Primark, displayed at the check outs. I hadn't seen these little jems as i was browsing so im glad that i stumbled across them as i was paying.

 This was the little deal breaker of whether to buy them or not, this little reindeer make me warm and fill with fuzzies.

 im parshal to the keep calm and so on....... so this one made me happy. The far left one is the typical winter decoration with the snowflakes and somehow reminds me of the Grinch and i have no idea why.

 This is an eve taylor candle. When the candle is burning it turns into essential oils which is good for the skin. This candle actually smells amazing !!, i got it from the Manchester beauty show. Normally priced at £11.50. i got it for just £6.00 which i think is a bargain seen as the burning hours are 250.

The primark candles were just £4.00 for 3 and the eve taylor candle was just £6.00, so all in all im pretty pleased with my £10.00 candle fix for now.

CHRISTMASING MY ROOM UP

Christmasing My Room Up

I know that it is November and i know this is super early for christmassy thing but i get really excited really early. So i recently put my prelit baby tree up in my room, its new and bought it recently. It has multicolored baubles and gold tinsel and makes me happy every time i look at it. 

  This is the full tree, i had to buy a pre lit one as i hate putting lights on trees.

 For some reason this just reminds me of a Christmas camp i went to when i went to scouts, which was very good memories!

 I love this little noel, its just so cute and it was a 2 pack.

This heart is all bells, and it makes a very high pitch tinkle and it fills me with joy every time i accidentally hit it. 

 This little reindeer, its quite heavy so i had to put it near the top of the tree

This is so cute, a little blue and pink ribbon and it just gives the tree a little sparkle

all of the these things are bought from asda and all of it was under £15 all together BARGIN !!

Christmas makes me happy every year. I see it as a time of year you can give someone a smile even when their having a bad day. I have always preferred giving to receiving, it just gives me a warmth inside.

BE MORE ORGANIZED

Be More Organized

So every time ive blogged the last couple of times ive noticed every single blog post has mentioned that i need to blog more. As i have a memory like a gold fish i literally forget everything! sometimes it gets me so annoyed! (huffs loudly)

so as i wont promise to blog more even though i will try, my blog posts are going to go all christmassy up in yo' faces!. Christmas is my favorite time of year and i get extra excited very (some may say too) early. 

Not so long ago i went to a shopping center in Sheffield and saw the cutest little shops which sold all sorts of stationary. The shop was called blott and i instantly fell in love with it! it has everything you could need in a stationary sense but it has a creative twist!

The notebook i have is the inspirations A5 lined notebook. Its so handy to have it in my bag for when i have a random youtube idea, or an idea in general. The amount of ideas ive had and forgotten because ive not had anything i can right it on or with.

 

Just the front of it sparks a few little ideas and gets my brain case all fizzy!
